Finding The Right Balance

Many of the articles featured on our blog are based on personal experiences. As we have bid and executed our field services cleaning projects over the last 24 years, both Safeway and our customers have learned much.

Our field services managers or owner look at each job so that we can offer our best price for the project. Of course, evaluating the project and everything it will entail, is an art, in-and-of itself. Years of experience in the field has given us insight into most any project out there. We know from having done the work what it will take in manpower, consumable supplies, equipment and hours. Yet, each project, each plant, each pit will differ slightly and it is those variables that can change the full spectrum of the project.

Customers have often had experience with the project from the perspective of other industrial cleaning companies and the caliber of job they provided. While a previous vendor may have done the job in two days, and did an acceptable job; we may change the time frame and manner in which the job is performed if our experience indicates a better way. We prefer to think of Safeway in a league with very few when it comes to quality workmanship. It is not our goal to please the customer. It is our goal to WOW the customer. That takes careful planning, pricing and performance while still realizing a fair profit. Balancing the need to provide superior workmanship with the need to offer fair pricing is the knowledge for which we have become known. Not always easy to do!

Let our experience work for you. The next time your company has the need for an industrial cleaning project, call Safeway Industrial Services, LLC, the industry professionals. Don’t settle for less than WOW!
